Orders are made to order and require at least a 2 week turn around from the date of purchase. Once the order is complete you will receive notification of your orders fulfillment followed by notice of your order shipping along with the tracking information. Please be sure your address is correct including house and or apartment number as well as zip code. As an added layer of protection please include a phone number incase we need to contact you quickly. 

While all our products are made from all natural ingredients that are responsibly sourced, do not contain any aritficle additives or preservatives allergic reactions may still occur. It is advised by ONE80 Skincare llc you do a patch test of your products on a small area of skin before applying to large areas of skin. ONE80 Skincare llc, its owner, CEO and all counterparts assume no responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur. By purchasing our products you agree to the forementioned  and you yourself assume all responsibility for any reactions that may occur. 

To preform an allergy test, select a small area of skin and apply the product. Wait 24-48 hours watching the area for any reactions. If in the event a reaction occurs please discontinue use of the product and seek medical attention. It is further advised everyone client or not have an allergy test done by their healthcare professional for knowledge of your allergies for yourself.
